Registration Problem fixed

The  forum registration has been giving errors recently due to  an upgrade to PHP5  for the forum software. This has been fixed now
If anyone has had problem in registering or activation, please try again

I\'m obviously way past this scenario but what I have been noticing over the last couple of days is that it seems to be MUCH slower to do anything.
For example I click the \"Post Reply\" and there is now a noticeable gap between the window coming up and the body region activating so I can type.

I dont see that problem at all
I can type as soon as the new window appears

Maybe it\'s an IE 11 (Win 8.1) issue then as it seems for example to open differently in different browsers;  IE seems slow (first Screenshot), Chrome fast (second screenshot).
Notice in the IE the \"box within a box\" setup. too.

It\'s an interoperability issue between IE11 and the web software if you ask me. I can\'t even reply using IE11. Trying several times I once got a \'frame-inside-a-frame\' like Julian\'s first capture, and only then I could type a message.


Update: Running in Compatability Mode seems to be a lot faster.
