Two older UCM cards

I have two older UCM cards - both with on board serial ports.   One is marked UCM/CF 5.23 and has a large square IC where I am used to seeing a smaller flash ship.

It is also marked PC01-017C 

I also have another marked UCM 4.101   and PC01-017B

are either of these upgradable?  though I assume not compatible with any of the ETH modules.

One of them is UCM01 and the other UCM05
Both are not upgradable as they do not have internal flash

You may be able to usse ETH01 or ETH02 but not ETH03 whicj requires UCM firmware 7.048 minimum
