Change CMS number and CMS account number using Keypad

Hi Expert,
I have tried to change the CMS number from Keypad with the Steps below:-1. Login to keypad *1234#2. 9 [Program Menu]3. 4 [Change Phone Number]4. 1 [Select Phone 1 for CMS]5. Keypad announcement \"Monitoring Station\", then end.
It suppose to announce some option for me to choose like No Phone, Voice, Pager, Monitoring Station, but it didn\'t.
Besides that, is there any way I can set the CMS account number using Keypad?

The Program menu cannot be used to change CMS numbers, as this can be accessed by the user

The Engineer menu , not program menu must be used to change CMS numbers
