Remote control of alarm system

I am new to this forum.Can you tell me how I can switch off my alarm system remotely by phone.?Thank you

Comfort can be controlled remotely by phone. A voice menu allows you to control your lights and appliances or to set and unset the alarm
You can also control the same by iOS or android app
