Selection of which type of Room Thermostat

Some help please - I’m looking to install 3 room thermostats to work with Comfort, which can easily be set to change the room temperature, depending upon the time of day and state of the Comfort  alarm. The existing volt free room stats all switch Comfort inputs, working responses.

I have researched the Heatmiser in great length and conclude the only new models that will work with the UCM/Heatmiser are the Touch-N and the Heatmiser Slimline, both V3 protocol and look good. Further confusion arose when selecting the 12volt Touch-N; there used to be 4 different versions, from simple temperature, to fully programmable with hot water. NOW there is only the one Touch-N.

Can anyone offer help in selecting a simple none programmable room thermostat? The Cytec TSM01 unfortunately has an external sensor and the cost for 3 would be similar to going down the Heatmiser route. Are there any better alternatives, which are easily programmed, or is the Heatmiser the best option? It has to be 12volt as it’s already pre-wired.

I have been looking recently too.
The cheapest 12v powered option is the slimline-n.
If you want touchscreen then it\'s the touch-n.

We have 4 older style neo stats, and use the programmer on them to set 4 temps per day. This allows to set a set-back temperature which is handy if it\'s a cold night. Imo this is better than a single temperature, but you can always set them to have the same temp if you want.

You can easily override it if necessary too.

We have tried others over the years (got a honeywell / sunstone one on the wet room floor, had a devireg previously). They don\'t seem to last as long and aren\'t as intuitive for the less techy to set.
