Hello
My comfort system was working fine until we had a power cut which lasted so long that the battery backup ran out. ever since the power came back on the sunset response doesn\'t run, even though when i check the night time status flag enables at the sunset time.
i have re uploaded the file several times, and i have powered down the system and pressed the panel reset button but it still doesn\'t run. I\'m having to manually execute the response every night from the software.
any ideas?
