Do you know how they became virtual? Virtual inputs are created by making to Knx, cbus, modbus etcIf you remove the Mapping the virtual input should no longer be virtual

I have a few mqtt sonoff PIR sensors that I have connected. When I try to create a new virtual response the only zone option I can select is 1 & 2, the only way I could create a virtual response is to manually edit the Action codes which I know nothing about.
The code I used was 154,17,1, 255
This allowed me to create a virtual input to zone 17

Comfigurator does not allow you to make a zone virtual. You are not allowed to directly change the zone to Virtual in the Zone Settings as that would probably cause a lot of problems.
The only way to remove the Virtual Setting now that you have edited the Action Code is to edit the cclx file manually using a text editor.

eg

    <Zone Number=\"1\" Name=\"Z01-Start_Stop\" ZoneTypeName=\"SwitchNO\" EntryPath=\"true\" Restore=\"false\" Partition=\"0\" Eol=\"NoEol\" VirtualInput=\"true\" Announce=\"false\" On‌ResponseName=\"TurnON\" OffResponseName=\"TurnOFF\" />
Change Virtual Input=\"false\" for the zone. Make sure you backup a cpioy of yhe cclx file before you attempt this
