Over the last few months when the alarm is activated it will ring through to my mobile but there is no voice response.
Before you would have been told where the activation was etc.
Does anyone have the same issue.

Check that the 5 way audio multicolour cable is properly plugged in from GSM to Comfort.
was 3G justĀ disabled in your country? and is your module SIM7600E whichuses 3G for Voice?

Hi, I have just contacted the mobile supplier and they say the 3G has been disabled, does this mean i need to change the GSM board and get a new simm?

yes you will have to get a new UCMA/4G7608 which works on 4G/LTE
If your sim card is 3G then you will need 4G/5G
