1. Enable the off response code to be sent. This will be useful for dimming purposes.
   
2. Disable fast blinking for off response. This is introduced in this version and so that the new default will still be compliance with the old setting when there is no off response sent.
3. Increased the switch storage/buffer list from 4 to 12.
