Ok, a slightly better update from the guy that loaded it on his 'Note. He said he pressed the 'Back' button and the application didn't do anything, he had to click the 'Home' button to get back to his Home Screen.

Perhaps pressing the 'Back' button action is not yet active or doesn't work properly yet. I will wait for the next release to test on my Desire to give more first-hand feedback.
