I was in the process of upgrading the UCM firmware from 7.008 to 7.016 when it failed. Whether it was a coincidence or not I am not sure, but I've not been able to connect to the UCM since. There is a connection to the ETH02 via Device Explorer, which all looks fine, but I cannot connect to the UCM via Comfigurator. The green D10 LED is lit, but the red D9 isn't I am running firmware 7.024 on the main Comfort II board and do not have any other upgradeable UCMs. Any ideas? Could the firmware have corrupted and, if so, is there anyway of updating it? Thanks in advance.
