Maybe it's time the UCM/Eth implemented the concept of a "crash free BIOS" (or dual bios) as with motherboard designs. For example have a copy of the last good firmware in flash so that if upgrade of the first flash fails then it can revert back to the saved (good) one on UCM reset. This doesn't even have to be a full firmware either just enough to start into "SAFE MODE" so that the main flashing cycle can be started again in configurator. Possible? Julian
