We have checked on various phones with Android 4.1.2 Jellybean and cannot find any problem with seeing the zones and home control menu, although we have not managed to get hold of a Galaxy S4

tested with Yahoo mail and Gmail

Can you try another email client that you have not used so far?

And please do the conversion to email again at http://www.cytech.biz/crl_comfort_app_convertor.php

Does any one else have a Galaxy S4 who can report if it works or not?
