The documents with information on how Comfort is meets compliance to EN50131 (2009), PD6662:2010 and BS8243 (2010) can be downloaded from http://www.cytech.biz/compliance_with_en5013_pd6662_and_bs8243.html

The comfort firmware 7.040 and above implement the status outputs for BS8243 to be connected to the STU

However we must highlight that the product is not certified or tested by a test lab for compliance. It is not a requirement for the product to be certified as far as we understand. The Installer has to be certified by NSI or NACOSS (whatever) and has to ensure that the whole installation  complies to all the regs.
Most UK alarm installers are unwilling to use a product like Comfort regardless of whether it complies.
