I am going to venture a guess here and say 12m would still be fine BUT if it's going to the outside of the house you might open your system up more for possible lightning damage but if you get a direct strike, or very near strike, the last thing to worry about would be the alarm panel. Give it a test, I am sure it will work.

The longer the runs the more prone to noise it will be even though it's RS485 which is quite robust. Also, if I remember correctly, the RLY02's are reed relays with a 500mA current limit. The sprinkler valve inrush currents can exceed that but only for a short while. I would rather use the RLY01's with a snubber circuit to be safe.
