Is very confused when we saw 01.00 and the hour is 13.00 without AM or PM

My KT03 doesn't show hour correctly, even when i change hour format to 24 or AM/PM always show the same. Is very confused when we saw 01.00 and the hour is 13.00 without AM or PM
