If you want to trim the unused Responses, you can go to Edit ? Unfix All Responses
Then Delete all Unfixed and Unreferenced Responses. Be careful you may have some unreferenced responses which are needed.
This will leave only referenced responses in blue
You can Fix the Response number of each response indiviually
