A bug may have been identified in UCM 7.109. It may cause Vocabulary Upgrade to Fail at certain completion rates eg 23%, 50% etc
UCM 7.109 has been withdrawn and UCM 7.098 is the latest release
Please downgrade to 7.098 before doing any Vocabulary Upgrade
