Yes, the firmware upgrade using the UCM firmware, has been updated. I file updated has ULTx7.153.I did the firmware apgrade on Keypad, used KT7.064.
But after this, I can't login. Always have this message :"Login Not valid for requested operation"
My keypad not work, is dead.
I tried to access via Iphone app, but I have the following message " Invalid Login - please retry"
I tried to access via GSM Module and I was able to activate and deactivate the alarm. But when disabled, always sending sms " Alarm - Signin Tamper-001 Controller".
What can I do to restore Login and my system? Please Help me.
