Hi Chiu.
I spoke with an Apple Homekit developer about that.
It makes somewhat sense.
Contact Sensor device type (in all 3 voice assistants) bring the zone value as is.

If the contact is closed, the zone is INACTIVE (like in Comfort), therefore for these 3 assistants, the zone is secure and they represent that with "Off" (that means "no problems")

If the contact is open, the zone goes to ACTIVE, therefore for these 3 assistants, the zone is unsecure and they represent that with "ON" (that means "hey, there is a problem here").

For now, i solved by unmapping Zones from KNX/UCM and by using the UCM/PI to do an inversion of the zone values, but you'll find out having same issues like this one, as soon as some Comfort installer will try to link KNX zones with the voice assistants.
