The larger box won't fit in my location, so I ordered some self-adhesive PCB stand-offs to mount the LEM.

Also, note that the internal PSU overlaps one of the top knock-out holes, so it needs to be removed before hitting the knock-out with a hammer. Otherwise you will break the mounting lugs on the PSU - ask me how I know :(
