Remove all dvices eg UCM, Keypads etc that use 12V from Comfort, then check if the 12V recovers. You may have to wait a few minutes as the resettable fuses must cool down before the voltafg can recover
The reading is with everything removed already, done that yesterday Im thinking that a complete power down to coll it down ect
