After a recent browse in my local alarm toyshop, I purchased all the necessary bits (I think)to add the Visonic Wirefree to my Comfort 1 system and control the garage and alarm. Knowing there are a few on here with similar setup, I am hoping someone can advise the best way of wiring it up. This is being carefully SWMBO monitored to see if I wasted more money on toys....therefore I must get it right first time or get a verbal whipping on another unfinished idea. Purchased MCR 308 and RL8, keyfobs and a couple of door contacts. 1. Is it better to wire without using relays (less current) and can I incorporate DOEL. 2. I have limited zones left on comfort and intend wiring tamp, inact and jam together, any thoughts welcome 3. Is it recommended to power from Comfort or independantly. 4. I intend to use toggle or if then gode for garage door/alarm set etc. Can anyone advise. many thanks Campbell c.macd@btinternet.com
