I have just replaced a ULTII main board with a new board as we have been having problems with comfort not releasing the line after dialling out.
Now on the new board it doesn't detect a call coming in. I cannot hear the relays clicking. i have tried reversing tel in and there is 50v dc and 70v ac when ringing. pressing # on the local phones works but only when the tel in is a certain way around. i have tried setting answer machine bypass on but it still doesnt work.
It is currently on FW 5.164 and i have tried 5.169. using Comfigurator 3.1.1. The leds on the main board are okay.
Please Help!!!
