Hi,

Just need a bit of quick clarification if someone can help. I am having problems connecting with comfigurator, getting error message saying "No Response from UCM"

Here is my setup.

I have only cwm02, I am not using any other UCM's, therefore I beleive my UCM number should be 1, and the cwm02 set to id =1

I have successfully configured the ip settings of the cwm, and can connect to the admin page, and also the web interface page (only getting as far as entering my pin, then it seems to freeze).

I dont sem to be able to enable engineer menu, F0 gives a menu and does nmot enable engineer mode as expected. I can go in and enable engineer mode via program menu, but when I try to connect with comfigurtor, I  still get the "No response from UCM" error message.

I am using port 10003, which is enabled on cwm02 for pass through.

Not sure what happened, I did have everything up and running, but suspect error in my config file I downloaded may have chenged settings. I have updated locations to show ucm no =1, keypads =2 and scs = 4.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Eamon

Did you set the CWM id shunts to 1, by default it is set to 2

Normally you can leave the 1st UCM unconnected and set other ucms to 2 and above because Comfort does not report communication failure for UCM1 s it expects a UCM to be connected temporarily

Check that the D9 and D10 leds on the CWM are blinking
The green led means comms from Comfort, the red means reply from CWM/UCM to polling

Hi,
THanks for the reply, I got it working (late) last night. I changed UCM=2 and set the adress to 2. I also think I had the ka/kb connecor into teh cwm02 a bit loose, which was not helping. Seems to be working well now.

Eamon
