The Remote Input/Output (RIO) Modules extend the Input and output capabilities of Comfort. Each RIO Module has 8 Input/ and Output points. Up to 15 RIO Modules can be connected to a Comfort II ULTRA system providing a further 120 non-alarm inputs and 120 outputs. RIO Input functions;
Numbering of RIO Inputs and Outputs RIO Inputs and Outputs are numbered from 129 onwards for zone responses and commands RIO #1: 129 to 136 RIO #2: 137 to 144 RIO #3: 145 to 152 RIO #4: 153 to 160 RIO #5: 161 to 168 RIO #6: 169 to 176 RIO #7: 177 to 184 RIO #8: 185 to 192 RIO #9: 193 to 200 RIO #10: 201 to 208 RIO #11: 209 to 216 RIO #12: 217 to 224 RIO #13: 225 to 232 RIO #14: 233 to 240 RIO #15: 241 to 248 The RIO Manual can be downloaded from http://www.cytech.biz/rio_manual.html?category_id=110 RIO01 cannot be used with CM9001-EMS, CM9001-OPT, UCM/Logic. The temperature sensor in the SCS I think it is not good solution. Is necessary included an SCS for to access the temperature sensors. An excellent solution I think is the creation of a new RIO (RIO02) with 8 inputs and 8 outputs analog (0 - 10V), so we can place sensors of temperature, light, humidity, etc..
