If the door station chime is not heard on the keypad and /or door station, the cause of this problem is the setting of Modules and Settings > Configuration Flags > Show Alarms box unchecked Show Alarms should be unchecked unless the EN50131 regulations are needed. We recommend that Show Alarms be always checked unless EN50131 Grade 3 is really a requirement. This requirement prevents useful information about alarms like alerts and announcements from being announced or displayed on the keypads unless the user has signed in and only for 30 seconds.
