Hi,
I have a problem with sign in code, i connect comfort line in into PABX extension (e.x.104) and when i call extension 104 from other phone (e.x.102) comfort pick up the phone and say please sign in, i press the code and say wrong code. After 3-4 retries maybe accept code but usually not accepted.

Does this happen if you call from an outside line? The PABX may be attentuating or blocking the DTMF tones from other extensions
Refer to the Tuning Parameters guide for tuning parameters
in Configuration > Tuning Parameters change the parameter 88 called AFE Line IN Gain for Remote Phone. Default value is 4 This sets the gain of the incoming voice and DTMF signals. The value may be too high or too low. Try changing it by 1 step at a time either increasing or decreasing until you can sign in

Thanks for the quick response,
i change the value to 12 and looks ok.
i don't call from an outside line yet because i want to build a menu to PABX with a digital receptionist when i call and press for example number 2 then directly sign in to comfort menu.
