Fine, I will give it a try and will feedback tonight on my progress.
Just for my clarity, if my response no was, let say 196, then 196 would be entered in location 4736 and 4738 , 0 in location 4737 and 4739.
And this string 128,181,2,128,193,2,255
would read like this :
Toggle output 181 (Rio output)
Toggle output 193 (Scs Led output)
I just want to clear up any confusion with Reponse 181 and output 181 from my previous example.
Thanks

Sure, it's just cumbersome work.
Thanks for all your assistance.

I am a sucker for punishment; any day of the week.
Well, I thought that having an LCD keypad (KP04) would help with programming via the keypad (I changed from KP02), just to see that I am keying in the right info.
It turns out that my UCM is version 5.43 and not 5.72 so syncing is not possible.
Seems I need another upgrade for my UCM.
When I download to update the vocab, would it undo all my work I did on setting up location 1676, and my new responses ?
Thanks

For Vocab Download you need UCM 5.92 firmware
This version allows you to sync with the KP04 by pressing two keys.
It will allso do a normal download much faster than an older version
As yoiur version 5.43 was released many years ago, it is not able to support these new requirements for the KP04 and Comfort II.

However, please note that the pressing of two buttons (* and 1) to sync would require KP04 of version 1.03 and above.

Fine,
When I do get to do the download, would it effect any changes I am making via the Eng Menu ?
Thanks

A Vocab download would not affect the programming at all
A normal program download would change the Numb ber of RIO/SCS. However it should not affect the locations that you are programming for RIO 9 to 15 Responses as these are not within the programmed range of RIO 1 to 8
To play safe do a Selectve download, uncheck Modules and settings and RIO/SCS responses

Hi Chiu,
I decided that I will wait for a new release of Comfigurator. Any idea when we could expect one that will handle 15 SCS/RIO's ?
Thanks

Hi Chiu,
Do you have a release date in November ? Is there a beta version to handle 15 RIO/SCS for the interim?
Thanks

I cannot promise an availability date yet, but it will be released as beta first. The 15 RIOs will definately be included

Hi,
I have some time off during the Christmas period. Any possibilities for a beta release before Christmas ?
Thanks
