I have several IR responses using the ClickOn IR device. After upgrading from Comfigurator 2.2.2 to 3.2.4 by converting my .ccl to a .cclx and uploading it to Comfort, none of those responses are working anymore. If I upload my old .ccl file via Comfigurator 2.2.2 the responses work again.
I did try to import the IFR files into Comfigurator 3.2.4 before uploading Comfort, but still didn't have any luck: IR responses aren't working still.
Any idea? Thanks for the help!

This is most probably because the ClickOn IR file (you have used in Comfigurator 2) is not found by the new Comfigurator 3.
What you can do is to copy the ClickOn IR file from the Comfigurator 2 folder into Comfigurator 3 folder.
You can see where the ClickOn IR file resides in your computer by opening the IR Utility software (from Comfigurator >> Tools menu >> Infrared Utility).
See the attachment below.
After that, restart the Comfigurator 3 software so that it can load the new IR file.
When the new IR file is loaded successfully then you can see the full list of operations for the ClickOn device from the Comfigurator >> Comfort tab >> Configuration >> IR Transmit Codes.

Hi, Hendy, thanks for the reply. But I did verify that Comfigurator 3 had the ClickOn IR entry (albeit reading from the ifr folder of the Configurator 2 installation, as shown in your image above), and when checking the IR Transmit codes in Comfigurator 3 all the ClickOn operations are listed.
So I really wonder if that is actually the problem, as it looks like Comfigurator 3 is aware of ClickOn...!?

Can you send both the ccl and cclx files to support@cytech.biz so we can investigate?

Sorry for the delay, I've emailed both files as well as my ClickOn IFR file to the email above.
Thanks a lot!

Hi, Hendy
Thanks for your email. Even though I did have my responses recognized and present in the IR Transmit Codes Operation dropdown, the Bytes field was indeed empty. This was definitely the problem!
After creating a new IFR folder under the Comfigurator 3.x installation, copying my ClickOn.ifr file into it, and importing it again into Comfigurator 3.x, I loaded my old Comfigurator 2.x .ccl file and saved it as a .cclx file. I verified that this time the Bytes field was not empty in the IR Transmit Codes section.
After writing the new .cclx file into Comfort all seems to be working (great!!
Thank again!
