The app (last version) did not work with HTC Desire Android 2.3, but With HTC ONE Android 4.0 it works fine. And if you have a bit bigger screen then it absolutely enough to use the tablet app. One sugestion: Zone open and closed images are misleading. If the zone is closed you see red cross. Red cross is like an error. But if the zones are closed, then everything is ok. So maybe you think about the icons and change them. Closed zone should not be red but green in my opinion. One more thing. I see zones that I am not using. Is it possible to hide not used zones? Last edited on Friday Jul 20th, 2012 11:12 am by Tan121 |

You mean that 1.82 did not work on Android 2.3? Do you mean that it did not install? What error message did you see? We will consider colours |

We have tested 1.8.2 on Samsung Galaxy S2 phone with Android 2.3.3. It worked OK |

What is the minimum space required for the installation? My phone doesn't have enough. Can the App not be installed on the SD card? Ingo |

To ident: Last version did not work with 2.3 That version I have not tried. Also still question about hiding unused zones. Would it be possible to hide unused zones, i see 64 (something like that) zones, but i am using only 7 zones. |

The unused zones should not be shown That is a bug which is now listed in the "Known Issues" List and will be fixed in the next version |

I finally installed 1.82 on Android 2.3.3 (HTC Desire) and I get a 'Force Close' message when I press the Key button. 1.80 worked fine. Another issue is that I lost my file asociation to the config file. When I click on it it doesn't seem to be associated to the Comfort App. Reinstalling doesn't help. Ingo |

can you confirm again that 1.8 still installs ok? Attachment: CytechComfortAndroid18.zip (Downloaded 5 times) |

Yes, 1.8 installs fine. Just a note: When I login, and the system is already armed, I don't get an indication that it's armed. I use two UCM/Ethernet's, one for ComfortClient and the other for Remote access. Ok, this is odd. I installed 1.8 again, then uploaded my modified cclx file and reinstalled 1.8.2 and it seems to work. The above issue seems to be resolved using 1.8.2. Perhaps something was left behind in the initial 'Uninstall' of 1.8 that 1.8.2 didn't like. Last edited on Tuesday Jul 24th, 2012 07:56 am by Ingo |

Before I forget... The application sounds, like Countdown and Arming, on my HTC Desire seems to be extremely loud. Can it be made to follow Media or Ringer volume? Ingo |

I also see zones even though they are Null. That said, I don't see zones 65-96. Here are the difference between Zone 64 and Zone 65. Perhaps ZoneTypeName is not as 'Null' as it should be.
<Zone Number="65" Name="Zone65" ZoneTypeName="" EntryPath="false" Restore="false" Partition="0" VirtualInput="false" Announce="false" /> Last edited on Wednesday Jul 25th, 2012 05:03 am by Ingo |

What zones can you see which are Nulll Zone Types? The zone type name for Null is "" |

I can see all 64 zones, even the ones setup as 'Null'. Zone 65-96 has not been modified since they were added by Comfigurator, I suspect Comfigurator has an issue where it inserts a :SPACE: instead of a :NULL: |

I just confirmed, as soon as I edit Zone Type to something else and set it back to 'Null' then it inserts a :SPACE: character. |

Trying to get this working on my Samsung Galaxy II I have downloaded the app and that runs and connects to my comfort system fine. When I do the file conversion for the CCLX file, the phone says no file can open this attachment when I click on it. Any Thoughts? |

Are you sure you used the option for Android? The conversion site http://www.cytech.biz/crl_comfort_app_convertor.php has button to select iPhone or Android The converted file should have the extension .jrlccip anyway try the new version 1.84 just released |
