Before Comfort v6.011,- User 18 is Engineer.
- User 90 is Keypad.
- User 91 is Response.
- User 92 is Phone.
- User 93 is Pager.
- User 94 is CMS.
- User 95 is SMS.
From Comfort v6.011 onwards,- User 254 is Engineer.
- User 240 is Keypad.
- User 241 is Response.
- User 242 is Phone.
- User 243 is Pager.
- User 244 is CMS.
- User 245 is SMS.
- User 17 to User 24 for UCM ID1 to 8
