Had my alarm go off last night, about 2am :-( Anyway, as I had the android app, i logged on rather than get out of the scratcher, to see what it was, but noticed it would not give any detail as to what zone had gone off! Turned out it was the outside shed door, but that was only after I had gotten up ad had a wander around, checked the keypad to tell me etc. Would it be possible, or am I missing something, that it could/should display what zone the alarm has been triggered from ? I assume this applies to iphone app too. Regards, Eamon |

I am not sure if the Intruder alarm also mentions the zone when it is triiggered But the zones page will show which zones is open? The screenshot above shows lighting zones, but it would also show any open security zones How about the Alarms Page below Does it show the zone? |

Hi ident, The problem was the sensor was intermittent, the wind was catching the door and opening and closing it. On the app, unless you were logged in and staring and the inputs to see it trigger you wouldn't see it, and that's not easy to do with if you can't even see all your zones on the onesscreen. It didn't show up anywhere else I did look. The only way I could find out was to walk up to the keypad and read the lcd! Can the app display the lcd screen perhaps? That would solve it, and give a bit more info on top. |
