Hi,
My new keypad works normally (sound, keyboard, LCD backlight), but does not show any messages on its LCD display. The display stays blank.
Is it broken?

Hi,
Tried to push module. Also tried to remove it and place it back. Also tried to place back in vertical orientation mode.
All with same result. No display, working backlight, working keypad and sound.

It appears to be a problem with the LCD internal cconector
The KP06 will need to be replaced
Can you contact your distributor for replacement
Can we have the serial number of the KP06 please, it is on a label with a bar code starting with C or P with 6 digits
Aplogies fro the problem
