This is a bit of a long shot BUT we have encountered this on 2 or possibly 3 occasions of late.

We have been back on site to add or change a customers program - after we have visited the site it appears that the system is dialling out for entry alerts....

When we have looked at the files the dial out for entry alert is 'yes' with tel no ticked - looking at the previous saved file on both occasions the entry alert has NOT had the dial out ticked!

I suppose its a possibility that we inadvertently changed the settings HOWEVER the one common thing in these three instances is that we would have been using a previous issue of comfigurator - our current issue is 2.1.0.

I dont see that changing to 1.2.0 version of Comfigurator would cause the dial settings for Entry Alert to come on, otherwise this would have been very widespread and there should have been lots of reports, especially on the Yahoo groups

See if the same thing occurs for the next release coming soon
