Suggest check you have a DNS server IP address defined in your IP setup on the ETH 03 module

We have tested your email server, and it has no problem with emails
The Gateway should normally be your router IP address
The DNS is normally your router IP address, but not necessarily so, depending on your network. Have you tried using your ISP DNS setting?

I have tried both my router as DNS and also my broadband provider DNS's but this still doesn't work.
I have logged out of Comfigurator before testing.
Am I correct in that if I disconnect the AC to generate an event that this should initiate an email being sent?
Are there any diagnostics which I could perform?
I also have Comfort Client installed on my PC and this can send emails OK (I don't know if this has any relevance)

Try other alarms eg Dial Test by pressing F3 and 3 on the keypad
Can you send a screenshot of your email setup on CS Manager?

I have no phone connected at present, I have tried intruder alarm and still no email.
I feel that I have missed something fundamental

I found the problem, I didn't realise that you had to re-enter the authentication password every time you made any changes.
I mirrored the port and Wiresharked Comfort, the SMPT server failed authorisation.
Thanks to all

Chaps
Surely it should remember the password but show it as ***** ie masked.
Only when you click in the password field should it then clear imho.

Hmm, I assumed the email server did not require authentication
