The new Comfort app for Phone and Tablets version 1.1 are now published on the Google Play store. The new version mainly fixes some bugs

There are separate apps for mobile phones and Tablets so please download the correct one

For Tablets
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.energeek.comfort

For Phones
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.energeek.cytechaphone

Whats New
Bugs Fixed:
  1. When an alarm is triggered, it is seen in the Control page
  2. After login with incorrect password, the login button is not disabled. A new connection will be established.
  3. When the app is sent to background from the login page, the connection is terminated so it does not tie up the connection
  4. Fixed some errors on alert display.

OK, I'm having problems with the Android Mobile version.

I install in an create a new profile and save.  It seems I can login to a black hole (ie I don't think I'm really logged in!) even if I set no sign in code in the profile.

Anyway that is an aside.

Main problem is that in the profile as soon as I press the "Import" button the application crashes.   Looking at the trace it wants to send back to google it is a java null pointer exception.

What am I missing?

Julian

How about the email attachment method, are you able to get that to work?

Julian, are you still having problem with importing the jrlccip file? If so what is the model of phone or tablet you are using

We cannot duplicate the problem of crashing the app when importing
