Hi,
I've a ucm/eth01 with ucm firmware 5.212 and tibbo plugin(eth1). Is it possible for me to just buy the eth3 plugin and use the existing ucm or do I need to spring for the complete ucm/eth3.
Is it possible to upgrade the ucm firmware to a higher level without another ucm to interface to it ?
ThanksDónal

You can buy Eth03 only to replace Eth01. Before plug in new Eth03, upgrade the UCM base board first.
For firmware upgrade, you have to use another UCM to upgrade it via programming cable(as you current firmware version is too old).
For firmware upgrade by programming cable you may refer here

Yes, but you must be able to upgrade the UCM firmware to version 7
If your UCM is version 6 then it can upgrade itself

EM100 used in UCM/ETH01 is not supported from UCM 7.110 firmware. Please change the submodule to ETH03, or do not upgrade to UCM 7.110
