Hi
I will install CAT6 shielded near to door for later installation of door station, when budget allows.
In the mean time - how do I connect door bell to comfort? I have a RIO board.  Do I need a relay, which one?
I have electrician installing lights but not familiar with comfort. I just need to purchase and provide guidance?
Thank you for you help.

What kind of door bell are you using?

Connect the doorbell switch to a Comfort  Zone. Assign Zone Type = Switch N/O

In the Zone Response, assign Response DoorphoneChime
This will make a chime on the keypads and ring the phones

You will not be able to talk to the doorbell though

I have trouble reaching cables to a door station...

Can I connect a door station wirelessly with comfort to ring the keypads?

I think you should consult some electricians.
