I can't change an icon.

When I select the device (bedroom light for example ) to change, nothing happens, it doesn't move to the select icon screen

For example, if you want to change the icon of bedroom light, you need the click the icon of the bedroom light, but not the text "bedroom light". So that you can move to the icon select page.

Yeah, but there are no icons against the light when I go in via the spanner option.
The icons only appear when I am logged in as a user , not when I go to edit a configuration

Once you press the Spanner, you see the page with setup control icon on top

Select one of the Groups, then you should see the text on the left and icon on the right as in  the picture 4 above. Pressing the icons reveals the list of icons
What exactly do you see ?
what phone and OS do you have

Perhaps it is a Lollipop issue

How about the rest of the operation, is it working well?

We have generated a test which should work for Lollipop
which you can download from http://www.cytech.biz/product_details.php?item_id=373

You can unzip the apk and install on your phone
However you will have to uninstall the app before installing it and re-enter the data from the attachment, if you do not mind doing that

I have exactly the same issues with a samsung S4 running 4.2.2
However I do like the direction that this App is now taking with all the custom-ability of it and appreciate the work that has gone into designing it.

I'm seeing another issue.

I load in the new config and it works fine in the UI.  But when I next restart the APP the config seems to have disappeared again and all I get is the CONTROL menu (empty) when I log in.

Seems not to remember I've added the config.

Julian

Those who cannot see the buttons in setup please send the cclx files to support@cytech.biz It is not a problem with Lollipop b ut it may be certain aspects oof the control menu

Could it be that you checked the button for Control Only? This hides the alarm pages

We have tested your file

There are a few problems with the control menu

In the control actions, Comfort feedback expects key 0 to be OFF and 1 to be ON
Yours is the reverse is 1 is OFF and 0 is OFF

what you have done will give the wrong feedback
If the counter value is 255 the status should be ON, and the system uses the text for key 1 which in your case is Office Light Off
The keypad and phone voice menu works in the same way, 0 must be ON and 1 must be ON otherwise the status is reversed.

This also coincides with a state of 0 and 1. People expect 0 state to be off and 1 state to be on,not the other way round

The other problem is that for the symbols for off and on to work, the text in 0 and 1 should be Off and On respectively, not Kitchen Light Off and Kitchen Light on

If the control key is Kitchen Light, then it is not necessary to again use text Kitchen Light Off and Kitchen Light ON, Off and On is sufficient

The suggested order of the control menu is as below

In your original program, the control menu wlll not show the icons for off and on, instead you will see the text for the feedback only

In the revised format of 0 for off and 1 for on, the app will show as below
Notice the Kitchen light has changed from text to icon.  I did not reprogram Kitchen and family room etc
