I've just upgraded my Eth02 to an Eth03.
The Eth02 was working OK but I want to use Comfort Mobile, which I understand only works with an Eth03.
Anyway, I powered the UCM down, removed the Eth 02 and plugged in the Eth03.
Repowered the UCM and all the lights came on as expected.
Comfort Server Manager finds the Eth03 and I've changed the IP address and confirmed it's Ok by pinging it.
When I try to scan for new UCM's, using the appropriate IP address and port (I've tried both 1001 + 1002 plus others), I get failed to connect to UCM.
Plugging the Eth02 back in corrects the problem so I'm a bit confused and not sure where to go from here.
Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.
Regards
Neil

Make sure you are on the latest UCM and Eth03 firmware.

No worries, a while ago there was a compatibility issue between certain older versions of the two firmwares.
