SCS leds stop when the leds get a command to turn on or off. I would look at your scs responses

 The issue is that comfigurator now does not give you the option to do scs resposes, this is using the latest version of comfigurator I need the range up to 200+ not starting at 200+

Even using original file that was working previously it will not allow for it to work. Is it possible the NVM IC could be the issue Im sure there is a back up wich I will swop around if I have it

in Comfigurator can you go to File > Update Defaults. Then restartr comfigurator/ This fixes a configration error in RIO/SCS
