I have tried to connect to Comfort today using Comfigurator but I get an error message saying 'No response from UCM'. So far as I can see the network address is the same in Settings as it is in the DS Manager window. I seem to be able to communicate with the Tibbo module using DS Manager without a problem. The UCM and Comfort are in a locked cupboard that nobody has been anywhere near for weeks so nothing has been physically moved. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be? I have tried resetting Comfort using the reset button and using the engineer menu. I have also tried re-installing Comfigurator, but neither has fixed the problem.Many thanks for any suggestions.
