Hi
I have a 4.169 console.  The system has been connected, but, really unused for over 10 years (maybe more).
I don't have contact details for the original installer. I am waiting for a USB/RS232 cable to see if I can pull the details into Comfigurator.
I have some questions..
1) Can I see the engineer code in Comfigurator? If not, how can I reset?2) What is the specific module I need to connect it to my ethernet. I know there are newer versions..3) Are there any installers in Ireland?
Thanks
David

You cannot see the user or engineer codes in Comfigurator - they are hidden

If you know 1 code, user or Engineer, then you can change the user or engineer code and "write user codes to Comfort". You will need to know one  user or engineer code in order rto Read from Comfigurator anyway

The default engineer code is 6789. If it has not been changed then try that. Press F0 on the keypad before entering the engineer code

If you know one of the user codes you can use Comfigurator to write the user codes
If you have lost both User and Engineer codes then you will not be able to reset the code by Comfigurator or keypad

Please contact Laser to find an installer who can reset it for you.
