UCM/GSM firmware 7.100

This fixes a problem in older versions where if the U2 EEPROM on the UCM baseboard is missing or has insufficent capacity, the UCM resets instead of displaying "EEPROM Error"

With this firmware, the UCM/GSM status on the bottom left will display "EEPROM Error" if the EEPROM is missing or incorrect

This is important where the GSM4 submodule is changed in order to support the 3G network. the 2G GSM network is being phased out in several countries
