Fixed BUG in previous versions

If Cbus to knx is mapped to Scaling for KNX, Cbus command ON and OFF will not set the mapped KNX group to value 0 and 255
If KNX to Cbus address and the same Cbus address is also mapped to another KNX address for Scaling, the 1st KNX group change is sent to Cbus and the Cbus address is also sent to the 2nd KNX address for feedback
