We have a system set up which is controlled from the clients iphone and we also have access on android.
The android app arms and disarms OK
The iphone app appears to put the alarm into some setting dilemma. basically it will not arm and comes up with the message "zone 0 error".
All firmware latest
Any thoughts

Check if you connection is Remote or Local in Setup
If it is set to Local, it is like local arm and you must exit via the entry door in order to arm. "Arm Failure 0" - 0 refers to the zone number which caused the arm failure. Zone 0 means no zone was triggered, hence the entry door was not opened and closed
Set connection to remote so that exit is not needed.l If all zones are closed the system arms - this is the same as Remote arming by phone - no exit needed

OK thats a viable explanation Ill check with customer and get him to make sure he is connected remotely.
Would it be possible to add a note to the app so ......
When logged in locally - if arming then text display "Please open close exit door"

I would have thought "Please Exit" means to do that?
