Hello
Two problems:
My Configuration:
The master - Sidekick versions 2_30. The Comfort is connected to Sidekick via rs232.
The slave - Companion 8 versions 2_30.
1 By a call from a door station, on the slave panel Companion 8 there is no window of dialogue (answer) with door
station. A Window of dialogue (answer) with door station only on the master panel Sidekick.
Control (lights, arm system, alarms, etc) works very very good on the master and the slave panels.
2 Web cam - model Axis 207 Lan works very much very slowly and poorly on the master and the slave panels.
I have executed all recommendations of adjustments of the chamber correctly (http: // 10.0.0.90/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi? resolution=352x288).
On PC this Web cam shows alive video perfectly and quickly
What I should make?
I need in your advice(councils) and the help

Hi,
For your two problems:
1) The slave system may not have the option to answer the doorstation. This would require confirmation by Convergent Living. This might be logical as the UCM would be connected the Master (where the audio will be connected) and not the slaves.
2) Try changing the refresh rate on the webcam settings.
