Start Entry Delay Action can be assigned to a Zone Response.
When security is armed, opening the zone (Door or Window) will start an entry delay instead of causing an Immediate alarm
There are default Responses; Start Entry Delay in Night Mode, and Start Entry Delay in Day Mode, for convenience.
This is useful eg in Night Mode for windows. If opened by accident, instead ogf causing an alarm, it starts entry delay so the user has time to disarm.

The Change Entry Deal Action when used on an Entry Door changes the programmed Entry Delay temporarily.

This is useful for example when a garage is an Entry Door, and the keypad is in the house. You need a longer entry delay from here to get to the keypad.
Instead of having to change the Entry Delay for all entry doors (in Alarms > Arming & Disarming), this allows a specific entry delay to apply for the specific door when applied to the Zone Response of the door.
This only applies to the Door which has this Change Entry Delay action. Other entry doors will have the normal Entry Delay
Hence each entry door can have their own entry delay
You can also program different entry delays for Away, Night, Day
