Help! I'm having problems with control functions from the iOS app. Using Comfigurator - V3.12.3.0 and iOS App v1.3.1 (34) - System running 7.117 and Eth UCM running 7.098. Download latest config successful to system and it resets... put the CCLX file through the conversation tool, open it on the iPhone and import into the iOS Comfort app. I can log into the app, change security mode and it reports correct variables (e.g. zones open etc) however control features simply wont work... any ideas? Cheers Simon |

In addition - I can execute the responses successfully via comfigurator GUI... e.g. I can click 'execute response' and it works fine... only via the App it doesn't work... |

Do all the control menu feedback work? Please send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz so we can see what is being controlled |

Thanks Slychiu In the control menu there are variables reported (e.g. temperatures) and these show up correctly & accurately in the app. However, feedback such as toggles don't work, e.g. if you change a toggle switch (lights) for example it immediately switches back again. CCLX on its way! |

What device are you using for your lights? (cbus, velbus etc) I had a similar issue and had to use a counter response for velbus to make it use 0-255 |

Thanks Strickers - the are a number of things controlled via the control menu, including CBus, Heatmiser, Relays, etc... the control menu works via the keypad but not via the iOS map. Via the iOS app the control menu reports variables (like temperatures from the heatmiser stats) but none of the control actions actually work... Chui looking at it - already found some mistakes in my control menu settings where I converted from X10 to CBus and left some of the old X10 feedback in... but not cleared it sadly... |
